  • Planowanie i koordynacja procesów finansowych, w tym zbudowanie narzędzi w obszarze kontrolingu, w tym do budżetowania i prognozowania.
  • Odpowiedzialność za zbudowanie nowego systemu raportowania zarządczego.
  • Nadzorowanie biura rachunkowego.
  • Odpowiedzialność za rozliczenia podatkowe zgodnie z regulacjami podatkowymi.
  • Zarządzanie przepływem środków pieniężnych, inwestycjami i kapitałem (magazyn).
  • Zarządzanie ryzykiem finansowym i płynnością finansową (analiza ryzyka, podpowiedzi i sugestie rozwiązań).
  • Prowadzenie projektów funkcyjnych i cross funkcyjnych zorientowanych na optymalizację bieżącej działalności spółki;
  • Analiza rentowności i optymalizacja struktury kosztów.
  • M=Nadzór nad procesem płatności oraz rozliczeń z kontrahentami
  • Współpraca z instytucjami zewnętrznymi, audytem, urzędami i organami nadzoru, a także zagranicznymi podmiotami partnerskimi.
  • Sporządzanie raportów na potrzeby Inwestorów.
  • Inicjowanie i realizacja działań optymalizujących nadzorowane procesy.

  • Wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe (finanse i rachunkowość, ekonomia lub pokrewne);
  • 8-10-letnie doświadczenie w finansach, w tym min. 5-letnie doświadczenie na analogicznym stanowisku w firmie o profilu usługowo-produkcyjnym (będzie dodatkowym atutem), lub szeroko rozumiana znajomość branży usługowo - handlowej,
  • Certyfikaty ACCA/CIMA będą dodatkowym atutem;
  • Ugruntowana teoretyczna i praktyczna wiedza z zakresu rachunkowości finansowej i zarządczej, budżetowania, planowania finansowego, kontroli kosztów i zarządzania ryzykiem finansowym;
  • Wysokie umiejętności w obszarze zarządzania zespołem, poparte doświadczeniem;
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (B2/C1);
  • Wysokie umiejętności techniczne (MS Excel) oraz doświadczenie w pracy na systemach klasy ERP, doświadczenie w tworzeniu oraz implementacji narzędzi controllingowych;
  • Perspektywa właścicielska, przedsiębiorczość, hands-on approach, decyzyjność, inicjatywność, zorientowanie na cel, samodzielność w działaniu, świetna organizacja pracy własnej i zespołu;
  • Wysokie umiejętności w obszarze komunikacji, analizy, rekomendowania rozwiązań i budowania relacji w organizacji.
