About this opportunity

Welcome to the Financial Reporting unit. We add value by building and maintaining processes so that top quality financial reporting is possible for our stakeholders. 

As an Analyst you will take ownership of various reporting tasks, analyse data, and develop and maintain processes supporting strategic goals of the unit. You’ll play a valuable role in Group Finance and in our financial reporting domain.

What you’ll be doing:

Analysing data and processes to find improvement opportunities. Performing tasks in relation to Nordea’s external financial reporting visible to the public, shareholders, supervisory authorities, including ECB, and tax authorities. Coordinating and supervising the quality of the reporting content and the data supplied in the reporting systems to enable high-quality reporting and analysis. Interpreting internal and external requirements and converting the changing demands into processes to ensure compliance with regulations.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

Are skilled Microsoft Office user. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and SQL is an advantage. Have experience from working in financial sector or business is preferred with experience in financial reporting. Are proactive and willing to speak up, and propose initiatives and ideas. Have strong communication skills and be fluent in written and spoken English.


Your experience and background: 

You have a relevant degree in the fields of economics, finance, business or computer science.
