Detailed description of work task to be carried out

Welcome to the IT Analysis Credit Risk team in Credit and Collateral Technology Area. We add value by translating business needs to operational and software requirements and then verifying their validity and priority. As Senior IT Analyst, you’ll play a valuable role in providing our customers with the new solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with technical requirements specifications (Data analysis, mapping and modelling, solution design)
  • Working within IT solutions for automation of Credit Risk, Financial Rating & Analysis area
  • Cooperating with multiple stakeholders from different countries in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable solutions
  • Eliciting requirements (functional and non-functional) by cooperating with different stakeholders
  • Securing requirements traceability during smooth end-to-end development
  • Being responsible for requirements documentation and quality improvement

  • Have strong business and technical background and great analytical skills especially in data analysis
  • Have good requirement specification skills (functional and non-functional)
  • Have ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
  • Are familiar with agile way of working and methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban)
  • Are proactive, structured, detail-oriented and quality driven
  • Have willingness to gain or develop knowledge about Mainframe technologies

Your experience and background:

  • At least 5 year of experience in IT analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, professional level of English – at least C1
  • Experience of using Jira and Confluence
  • Experience or knowledge of Data Mapping and solution integration
  • Practical knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of process modelling and UML
  • BPMN knowledge
  • Experience in IT analysis in integration projects
  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies, particularly Mainframe systems. 

Nice to Have :

  •  Experience with Mainframe technologies (e.g., COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS).
  •  Experience with financial systems
