Tasks:

  • Securing on-time customer payments and providing them with requested documents,
  • Facilitating the identification and resolution of any customer disputes,
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls,
  • Daily contact with sales department,
  • Identifying held orders and taking appropriate action,
  • Managing credit limit proces,
  • Managing pre-due, dunning and due process in the proactive way.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent English B2/C1,
  • Minimum 6 months experience in Collection,
  • SAP S/4HANA Finance system’s knowledge.
