MessageFlow is a new product in Vercom’s portfolio, which has a solid and stable position on the market.

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Marketing.

As part of our team at Vercom, a dynamically developing listed company with a capitalization of PLN 2 billion, you will have a key role in developing one of our two flagship projects on Polish and international markets.

About the Role:

This role is crucial in steering the strategic direction of our brand and managing a dynamic Marketing Team. 
As the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for our flagship projects on both Polish and international markets. This position offers not only the opportunity to lead and develop a talented marketing team but also the autonomy to introduce innovative solutions and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Your Tasks: 

  • Develop and implement creative and effective marketing strategies to enhance the brand and drive customer acquisition.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Use marketing tools such as SEO/SEM, data analytics, social media, CMS, CRM, and Marketing Automation Systems (MA) to achieve strategic goals.
  • Independently manage and oversee marketing projects, ensuring the delivery of measurable results.
  • Create impactful product presentations and collateral.
  • Plan and execute webinars for clients and business partners.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and other external events.
  • Collaborate closely with corporate clients and the sales team to optimize the product offering.
  • Monitor market trends and adapt marketing strategies to the evolving business environment.

 

Our Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing in the SaaS industry and/or the enterprise sector.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on team management.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing marketing teams.
  • Documented success in creating and executing effective marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing and analytical tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Independence, initiative, and creativity in problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
