About the role

We’re looking for a Product Line Director to illuminate the path of innovation at Reckitt. In this role, you’ll lead the charge in advancing our Information Technology & Digitalisation (IT & D) products, crafting strategies that elevate our processes. Your expertise will be pivotal in sculpting the future of Reckitt's digital landscape. Immerse yourself in a role where your vision redefines the potential of our IT & D function and your leadership fosters a culture of excellence and inclusion.

Your responsibilities

Lead the Revenue Growth Management products portfolio for over 30 countries Partner with sales and marketing leadership teams to ensure our joint revenue growth targets are achieved. Act as a thought-leader with a visionary approach to the future of Revenue Growth excellence and technology’s purpose in it. To be an expert in Pricing, Promo and Trade investment principles across various channels, geographies and customers Co-create omni channel growth initiatives by striving to partner with teams to unlock our true customer potential. Stimulate new ideas to improve decision making across our revenue growth pillars, based on global insights, learnings and executions Lead and Coach the RGM IT&D team to become a best in class, outperformance driven team with both commercial and technology maturity.

The experience we're looking for

Deep understanding of data and insights and the ability to marry it to business process. Experience with a blue chip, FMCG Company of at least 10 years with a proven track record Proven experience at transforming commercial decision making within a commercial CPG environment at scale RGM and other functional experience with EU & NA geographies will be preferred Strong experience in Technology leadership roles. Clear Technology understanding in the areas of RGM, Data, BI, Category and Customer growth platforms Proven cross functional team leadership capability, with the ability to develop talent and future leaders Entrepreneurial skills in terms of innovation and problem solving are key along with tenacity, tough-mindedness and ability to influence and demonstrate strong team working abilities and commitment Displays a high sense of urgency. Makes sure the job gets done. Effective teamwork & Communication skills Ability to influence c-suite management and business partners. Strong commercial understanding of business issues / opportunities Strong understanding of technology strategy and planning priorities. Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation plans Financial skills, P&L understanding
