Międzynarodowy deweloper realizujący inwestycje mieszkaniowe i działający od lat na polskim rynku poszukuje osoby na stanowisko Development Managera. Zatrudniona osoba będzie odpowiedzialna za pozyskiwanie gruntów pod przyszłe inwestycje spółki. Idealny Kandydat powinien posiadać doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku oraz znać specyfikę rynku mieszkaniowego. Klient zapewnia przyjazną atmosferę pracy, rozbudowany pakiet benefitów oraz możliwość rozwoju zawodowego w strukturach.

 

Development Manager

         

Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • Wyszukiwanie gruntów pod bieżące inwestycje;
  • Gromadzenie i analizowanie informacji o nieruchomościach, w tym w szczególności formalną dokumentację dotyczącą praw do nieruchomości, dokumentację planowania, dostępność mediów, warunki lokalne, atrakcyjność z punktu widzenia potrzeb firmy;
  • Prowadzenie wstępnych negocjacji warunków transakcji, w tym warunków handlowych;
  • Koordynowanie prac mających na celu zawarcie umowy poprzez współpracę z przedstawicielami innych firm, w tym w szczególności z działami budowlanym i prawnym;
  • Prowadzenie działań formalno-prawnych związanych z zakupem gruntu;
  • Współpraca z innymi działami w firmie.

 

Oczekiwania wobec Kandydatów:

  • Minimum trzyletnie doświadczenie zawodowe na podobnym stanowisku;
  • Doświadczenie w pozyskiwaniu gruntów pod inwestycje;
  • Znajomość wymogów formalno-prawnych związanych z zakupem gruntów;
  • Łatwość nawiązywania kontaktów;
  • Samodzielność w wykonywaniu powierzonych obowiązków;
  • Wysoki poziom zaangażowania i inicjowania rozwiązań w trudnych sytuacjach;
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B.
