Role Description:

As a Norwegian Speaking Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities in Europe. Your day-to-day duties will involve identifying potential candidates, conducting initial interviews, and managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process. You'll also get to flex your language skills by communicating with Norwegian-speaking candidates and clients

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Norwegian
  • A valid European Union passport
  • Availability for 4 months training in Athens, Greece starting from May 2024
  • A passion for connecting people with opportunities
