Job Title: Procurement Tools & Systems Specialist

Location: We are seeking a Procurement Tools & Systems Specialist to join our procurement team here at ROCKWOOL Group. This position is office based at our facilities in Pencoed, Bridgend.

What you will be doing:

As the Procurement Tools and Systems Specialist you will be responsible for the delivery of training and support to the end users of our global e-Procurement platform. You will support the Functional Lead on continuous improvement and will involve modules covering supplier onboarding, contracting and spend analytics. In addition, you will be playing a key role in driving system usage and introducing new ways of working to enable ROCKWOOL’s procurement team to become best in class.

Main job tasks:

Acting as first-line support for the system ensuring daily operations run as expected Providing end-user support, troubleshooting and incident management Developing user guides, training materials, and documentation Delivering training sessions to end users Reviewing and analysing system data for accuracy and functionality Conducting data maintenance, trend analysis, and system usage promotion

What you bring:

Experience in a system support role Experience of e-procurement systems or procurement processes is essential Experience in creation, implementation and delivery of training programs and user documentation Stakeholder management experience Knowledge of ITIL would be desirable but not essential Process-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Organized and meticulous approach ensuring attention to detail
