About your role
The Group QA Manager, under the guidance of the Group Engineering Director, plays pivotal role in enhancing ASEE Quality Assurance practices across ASEE. Your leadership will be instrumental in our shift towards cutting-edge QA strategies and automation within fintech sector impacting teams in Albania, Bosnia, Croatia, Czechia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Spain, and Turkey.
Situated in Poland, at our Warsaw office on Branickiego 13 street, you’ll frequently engage with our international teams both on-site and virtually, fostering a collaborative environment. This role is perfect for those who love to network and have the chance to travel, with approximately 1-2 trips each quarter to various European locations, ensuring you stay connected with our teams and cultures they represent.

As GroupQA Director, you will be responsible for:
ShapingQA standards and practices and implementing them across the organization inclose cooperation with managers from the region. Collaborating with senior management to ensure that QA standards are alignedwith the organization's strategic objectives and priorities. Leading the adoption of group-wide QA tooling to enhance efficiency. Driving the shift from manual to automated QA practices, setting industrystandards. Establishing processes to meet the defined standards and deliver the expectedvalue. Foster a culture of transparency and effective communication. Ensuring collaborative and consistent QA practices across our internationalteams.You are a good fit if youhave:
Proven expertise in QA, especially in automated QA (preferably within fintech or related fields). Hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows and QA. QA Team management and coaching abilities, capable of guiding high-performing teams. Excellent interpersonal skills, adept in a multicultural and diverse environment. Passion for software engineering and software quality assurance methods. Experience in interacting with many stakeholders from different levels within the organization. Fluency in English language.
