Job Description

Your responsibilities:

  • Co-creation and implementation of internal communication strategies within the Technology domain, aligned with InPost Group's strategy and the needs of employees in this global function.
  • Management and development of channels and tools for internal communication on a global scale within the Technology domain.
  • Support for the Group's CTO and Tech Leadership Team in effective communication with employees in the global Tech area.
  • Creation of engaging content aimed at Technology employees across the entire Group.
  • Organization of various informational campaigns, events, internal meetings, and special actions for Technology employees.
  • Collaboration with other areas of the business to facilitate the appropriate flow of information between them and Technology.
  • Ensuring the visibility of projects, initiatives, successes, and employees from the Technology domain in the company-wide communication within the Group.
  • Leading or co-leading projects related to technology in the areas of communication, events, and employee experience that employees across the entire Group benefit and will benefit from.

Qualifications

  • Very good command of English enabling fluent communication and content creation in this language (minimum C1 level) – a mandatory requirement.
  • Good command of Polish (minimum B2 level)
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of internal communication.
  • Practical knowledge of current trends in internal communication and the technologies that support it.
  • Ability and ease in formulating and editing texts.
  • Teamwork skills while being able to work independently on assigned tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Focus on task accomplishment and achieving set goals.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to react quickly to reported situations.
  • Independence, precision, and good organizational skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Higher education (preferably in humanities, journalism and communication, PR, social sciences, marketing, linguistics, etc.).

 

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of basic graphic tools.
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of events and employee experience.
  • Experience gained in an international organization with a matrix structure.


Additional Information

Who will you be working with?

  • Reporting to the Group Head of Internal Communications and Employee Experience.
  • Joining a team responsible for internal communication and employee experience across the InPost Group.
  • Ongoing collaboration with the Chief Technology Officer of InPost Group, their immediate team, and other employees supporting our 9 European markets.
