We are looking for a Team Leader-Travel Team Coordinators to be based in Poland.

Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > Travel Team-Onshore East 
Vestas Northern and Central Europe is a sales business unit covering OFFSHORE , NORTH-WEST (Scandinavia, UK, Ireland) CENTRAL (Germany and Benelux), and EAST(Poland and Baltics countries, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Ukraine, Georgia and Kazakhstan). Our responsibilities include Sales, Project, Installation, and Service of wind farms in these regions.

Special Task-Onshore EAST is responsible for:
Technical Planning and Coordination of Main Components and Blades activities, Coordination of Commissioning activities, field Resources, and Travel Team department.
Team Leader-Travel Teams Coordinators will be responsible for developing a team of Coordinators spread in 5 locations around the EAST region. You need to ensure the development and performance of your team, to maintain and improve collaboration between team members and also with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and develop a team of travel coordinators to ensure quality work Ensure resource coordination, short and long-term travel resource planning, and coordinate urgent resource requests Together with the team supervisors ensure team development (training and skills) and ensure the plan of regular training ( medical checks, periodic training according to law regulations..etc) Liaison between Resource Managers-Area Managers/Supervisors and Local Dispatching teams on travel resources allocation Provide guidance and support to the team members, set clear team goals, and motivate team members Develop and implement travel team processes and procedures to ensure efficient operations and cost-effectiveness

Qualifications

Education or training within the field of people leadership and management  Experience in a similar leadership role with a proven ability to develop teams and organizational results Project management, performance improvement, and communication skills Valid driver's license, passport, and ability to travel as needed to meet business goals Proficiency in English, both written and verbally Proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with SAP and Salesforce

Effective leader of meetings/teams/projects with an organized and methodical approach Good at networking and stakeholder management, with an understanding of their various requirements as well as different cultures Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with external and internal stakeholders Good data and analytical skills facilitation and presentation skills on the Management level
