Job Overview

As a Marketing Supervisor you will be leading KBS Team of artwork specialists supporting business across Europe in managing packaging projects. You will be working with a dedicated EU business units and support Account Management Lead with understanding BU’s needs within artworks management area, and translating these into a required support & deliverables.

Responsibilities Monitor and supervise dedicated team’s capacity, changes of scope of existing tasks and communicate to Account Management Lead on a regular basis. Deliver a key day to day supervision and project management of specific mid- to low-level complexity artwork tasks Make sure the team works within an agreed WoW and deliver set KPI’s on a regular bases Flag and monitor any business risks related to delivering the operational output within the dedicated team in an area of packaging support. Support direct subordinates through mentoring & coaching in growing their functional and managerial capabilities Set and monitor performance goals for evaluation of direct subordinates Provide timely feedback on team member performance Build meaningful developmental paths for a dedicated team members Drive team motivation and retention Improve existing artwork processes based on a feedback given from a business and overall business needs Support content development capability further growth Supervise/secure onboarding and on-job trainings for newcomers for a respective BU Capture and address to Account Management Lead any gaps in team competencies (training and development) together with forming developmental plans for existing workforce and potential external talent search Qualifications Strong understanding of graphic design, packaging design, portfolio navigation and print industry specifics would be an asset People management/leadership experience Excellent project management Strong leadership, mentoring and influencing profile Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels Highly organized and responsive, with ability to prioritize, schedule and meet deadlines Highly collaborative – works well with others to deliver results Self-starter – ability to manage new processes Proficient in English (C1/B2) Knowledge of other European languages would be an asset
