This is a Permanent contract based in Warsaw (Poland), to join us as soon as possible.

Jaki jest Twój obszar odpowiedzialności

Jako Konsultant Medyczny będziesz przyczyniać się do zmian poprzez zapewnienie wyjątkowej obsługi klienta, sprzedaży i wsparcia produktowego dla pacjentów w Sklepie Medycznym i Klinice Snu.

Będziesz również odpowiedzialny za obsługę zamówień B2B, B2C.

Porozmawiajmy o obowiązkach:

Obsługa pacjenta w sklepie medycznym zlokalizowanym w Warszawie - prezentacja produktów, dobór aparatów do leczenia bezdechu sennego i masek, rozwiązywanie problemów, szkolenia z obsługi urządzeń, rozpatrywanie reklamacji oraz sprzedaż refundowanych (przez NFZ) wyrobów medycznych. Obsługa pacjentów w Klinice Snu – nadzór nad administracją, w tym współpraca z lekarzami. Proces B2B, B2C, Kompletowanie sprzętu demonstracyjnego, ulotek, materiałów reklamowych Telefoniczna obsługa klienta - udzielanie informacji o dostępności i cenach produktów, pomoc przy doborze sprzętu, wsparcie techniczne, udzielanie dodatkowych informacji dotyczących finansowania przez NFZ, ustalanie szczegółów złożonych zamówień; Tworzenie dokumentów magazynowych i sprzedażowych w systemie ERP (Comarch Optima)

Porozmawiajmy o kwalifikacjach i doświadczeniu:

znajomość sprzedaży refundowanych produktów medycznych (NFZ) wykształcenie/ uprawnienia umożliwiające wydawanie sprzętu medycznego w ramach zlecenia na wyrób medyczny zgodnie z przepisami NFZ Doświadczenie w pracy systemach ERP (Comarch Optima) - mile widziane Język angielski jest dodatkowym atutem Doświadczenie w pracy w sklepie medycznym min 1 rok – mile widziane
