W EWL Group specjalizujemy się w kompleksowych usługach rekrutacyjnych na rynku międzynarodowym oraz lokalnym, obejmującym pracowników z Polski, Europy Wschodniej, Azji oraz LATAM. Prowadzi rekrutacje na różnorodne stanowiska w sektorach takich jak budownictwo, przemysł ciężki, produkcja, inżynieria oraz zarządzanie średniego i wyższego szczebla. 

Konsultant ds. Rekrutacji będzie odpowiedzialny za pozyskiwanie kandydatów na stanowiska wymagające specjalistycznej wiedzy i umiejętności. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie współpracować z klientami w celu zrozumienia ich potrzeb rekrutacyjnych i dostarczenia najlepszych rozwiązań, łącząc firmy z wysoko wykwalifikowanymi specjalistami.

TWOJE ZADANIA:

  • Samodzielne prowadzenie projektów rekrutacyjnych w zależności od potrzeb klientów na stanowiska specjalistyczne (finanse, HR, procurement, IT i inne podobne).
  • Tworzenie profili stanowisk w oparciu o wymagane kompetencje oraz inne informacje otrzymane od klienta;
  • Budowanie, rozwijanie oraz aktualizowanie bazy kandydatów korzystając z różnorodnych źródeł;
  • Regularny kontakt z klientami w celu oceny zapotrzebowania na pracowników specjalistycznych.
  • Uczestniczenie w rozmowach handlowych w celu przedstawienia usług świadczonych przez EWL.
  • Proponowanie usprawnień, inicjowanie i optymalizowanie procesów oraz standardów;
  • Tworzenie raportów dotyczących rekrutacji zgodnie z obowiązującymi standardami;

NASZE WYMAGANIA

  • Minimum 4-letnie doświadczenie jako Rekruter 360 w rekrutacji na stanowiska specjalistyczne.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu pełnych procesów rekrutacyjnych (od pozyskania klienta po rekrutację kandydatów i ich zatrudnienie).
  • Doświadczenie w rekrutacji w różnych branżach, takich jak finanse, HR, procurement, IT, inne podobe).
  • Znajomość narzędzi rekrutacyjnych i technik sourcingowych.
  • Umiejętność zarządzania wieloma procesami rekrutacyjnymi jednocześnie.
  • Znajomość trendów rynkowych oraz zasobów rynku lokalnego.
  • Znajomość ustawy o ochronie danych osobowych.
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne.
  • Umiejętność pracy w dynamicznym środowisku i pod presją czasu.
  • Wysoka motywacja i proaktywność w działaniu.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min B2.

We conduct recruitment for various positions in sectors such as construction, heavy industry, manufacturing, engineering, and mid-to-senior level management.

The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for sourcing candidates for positions requiring specialized knowledge and skills. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their recruitment needs and delivering the best solutions, connecting companies with highly qualified specialists.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Independently managing recruitment projects based on clients' needs for specialist positions (finance, HR, procurement, IT, and similar fields).
  • Creating job profiles based on required competencies and other information received from the client.
  • Building, developing, and updating the candidate database using various sources.
  • Regular contact with clients to assess the demand for specialist employees.
  • Participating in business meetings to present the services offered by EWL.
  • Proposing improvements, initiating, and optimizing processes and standards.
  • Creating recruitment reports according to current standards.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a 360 Recruiter in recruiting for specialist positions.
  • Experience in managing full recruitment processes (from client acquisition to candidate recruitment and employment).
  • Experience in recruiting across various industries such as finance, HR, procurement, IT, and similar fields.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of market trends and local market resources.
  • Familiarity with data protection laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under time pressure.
  • High motivation and proactivity in action.
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level.
