Twoim zadaniem będzie:
  • jesteś absolwentem preferowanych przez nas kierunków studiów: matematyka, metody ilościowe, data science
  • posiadasz co najmniej 2 lata doświadczenia w pracy w instytucji finansowej lub firmie consultingowej
  • posiadasz wiedzę z zakresu rachunku prawdopodobieństwa i statystyki
  • posiadasz wiedzę w zakresie modeli ryzyka kredytowego, operacyjnego bądź rynkowego
  • orientujesz się w regulacjach związanych z wyceną instrumentów finansowych lub zarządzania ryzykiem (w szczególności modelami regulacyjnymi IFRS 9, 13 lub adekwatnością kapitałową)
  • jesteś spostrzegawczy i masz wysokie zdolności analityczne
  • łatwo nawiązujesz kontakty i lubisz pracę zespołową
  • swobodnie komunikujesz się w języku angielskim
  • dobrze znasz pakiet MS Office
  • lubisz kodować i znasz SQL, Python lub R – atutem będzie zaprezentowanie zrealizowanych projektów podczas rozmowy kwalifikacyjnej
  • jesteś otwarty i chętny do zdobywania wiedzy
  • jesteś dostępny w pełnym wymiarze godzin (40 godzin tygodniowo)
  • interesujesz się nowinkami ze świata technologii i biznesu

  • przygotowywanie raportów, analiz i kodów, koniecznych do prawidłowej realizacji projektów doradczych
  • budowa i walidacja modeli ilościowych
  • tworzenie i rozbudowa wewnętrznych produktów do oferowania klientom
  • rozwijanie swoich kompetencji miękkich i twardych
  • dzielenie się wiedzą z mniej doświadczonymi pracownikami
  • budowanie sieci profesjonalnych kontaktów
  • współpraca z klientami w ramach realizowanych projektów doradczych
  • uczestniczenie w spotkaniach biznesowych z Klientami Mazars
