Poszukujemy zarówno pracowników na pełny etat, jak i na część etatu, którzy dołączą zdalnie do naszego Działu Supportu w Warszawie

Twoje zadania:

  • Wspieranie naszych klientów oraz partnerów (kurierów, restauracje, sklepy) poprzez  live czat, maile i telefon;

  • Monitorowanie dostaw i dbanie o sprawność operacyjną;

  • Usprawnianie procesów razem z zespołem Supportu oraz pozostałymi działami Wolt. 

Nasze oczekiwania:

  • Jesteś otwarty na pracę z klientem, posiadasz doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne, a także odnajdujesz się w pracy zespołowej;

  • Szybko się uczysz, nie masz problemu z wielozadaniowością i jesteś gotowy do pracy w dynamicznym środowisku;

  • Możesz pracować zmianowo: rano, wieczorem i w weekendy - nasz Zespół Supportu działa codziennie od 7:00 do 2:00;

  • Dobrze się czujesz pracując popołudniami/nocami - większość zmian to 12:00-20:00 i 16:00-00:00;

  • Biegle posługujesz się językiem polskim i posiadasz znajomość języka angielskiego (B2);

  • Możesz pracować w pełnym wymiarze godzin (40 godzin tygodniowo) lub w niepełnym wymiarze godzin (30 godzin tygodniowo);

  • Mieszkasz w Warszawie lub w Polsce.
