Nasz klient, międzynarodowa firma produkująca zaawansowane moduły pomocnicze oraz systemy dystrybucji gazów i chemikaliów dla branży półprzewodników otwiera nowy site produkcyjny w Polsce. 

Od ponad 20 lat jako wiodący dostawca metalowych, modułowych rozwiązań 3D Strut docierają do globalnych klientów, współpracując z przodującymi markami z branży hi-tech i nie tylko. Oferują klientom szeroką gamę spersonalizowanych produktów zawierających wszystkie systemy MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing). 

Ze względu na dynamicznie zmieniający się rynek, firma zdecydowała się otworzyć całkowicie nowy site produkcyjny w Gdańsku, poszerzając swoją obecność w Europie.

zadania

  • Nadzór nad kierownikami oraz pracownikami produkcyjnymi.
  • Zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi – troska o bieżący rozwój i nowe wyzwania dla managerów i pracowników produkcyjnych
  • Zarządzanie procesami produkcyjnymi, analizowanie i optymalizacja procesów, identyfikowanie mocnych i słabych strony oraz stałe poszukiwanie usprawnień.
  • Obsługa procesów przemysłowych w branży specjalizującej się w precyzyjnej pracy ręcznej.
  • Wspieranie menedżerów i podnoszenie kwalifikacji pracowników oraz jakości produktów.
  • Wdrażanie do organizacji nowoczesnych metod zarządzania
  • Zarządzanie aspektem finansowym, w tym płatnościami podatków w kraju docelowym, wynagrodzenia i nie tylko.
  • Odpowiedzialność za zespół zarządzający, projektowo-technologiczny, zaopatrzenie, logistykę i produkcję.
  • Zarządzanie działami produkcji, utrzymania ruchu, magazynami i dystrybucją
  • Regularna kontrola systemu operacyjnego pod kątem realizacji celów firmy
  • Zarządzanie i kontrola budżetu.

oczekujemy

  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne
  • Kilkuletnie doświadczenie jako kierownik fabryki/kierownik produkcji
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu pracownikami
  • Znajomość standardów jakości ISO GMP HACCP
  • Znajomość metodologii LEAN
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie C1
  • Znajomość systemów komputerowych i kontroli biura
