SUPPLIER QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANT

Main task:

- control of deliveries: frozen raw materials (vegetables, meat, fish and seafood), dry and fresh ingredients, purchased products and packaging,

- assessment of raw material for releasing to the production,

- supervision regarding non compliant raw material,

- conducting internal and external physicochemical and sensory test,

- carrying out risk analyses of raw materials in cooperation with the relevant specialists at FRoSTA, supplier assessments and audits,

- cooperation with suppliers regarding quality of raw material,

- participation in the HACCP group works,

- taking part in the audits and official controls.


Your profile:
- education: food technology, biology, biotechnology, environmental protection or similar

- HACCP knowledge
- resistance to stress and ability to work under pressure

- experience in quality control, production and products development department also in audits will be additional advantage

- communicative knowledge of English (speaking and writing)
