Cel stanowiska:

Obecnie do naszego zespołu poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko FP&A Analyst, odpowiedzialnej za dostarczanie kluczowych analiz rzeczywistych wyników i prognoz dla zespołu zarządzającego w regionie EMEA. Jako analityk FP&A przyczynisz się do lepszego zrozumienia czynników biznesowych oraz wyników finansowych, wspierając podejmowanie strategicznych decyzji. Będąc częścią globalnego zespołu finansowego, masz możliwość rozwoju swoich umiejętności i osiągania swoich celów zawodowych.

Obowiązki:

  • Wsparcie w tworzeniu, przygotowaniu i konsolidacji miesięcznych prognoz finansowych oraz rocznych planów.
  • Wsparcie w tworzeniu okresowych prezentacji i harmonogramów pomocniczych, w tym business reviews, planów strategicznych oraz innych prezentacji dla kierownictwa, w razie potrzeby.
  • Konsolidacja i analiza miesięcznych wyników przy ścisłej współpracy z managerem finansowym.
  • Uczestnictwo w optymalizacji, standaryzacji i automatyzacji procesów finansowych w różnych jednostkach biznesowych (prognozowanie sprzedaży i marż, redukcja E&O itp.).
  • Obliczanie kwartalnego SIP oraz realizacja innych projektów specyficznych dla danej jednostki biznesowej.
  • Analiza przychodów, zobowiązań, aktywów i innych wskaźników finansowych organizacji w celu prognozowania jej wyników krótko-, średnio- i długoterminowych.
  • Przegląd i wskazywanie negatywnych trendów w cenach zakupu, współpraca z zespołem łańcucha dostaw.
  • Analiza i prognozowanie wydatków związanych z logistyką (magazynowanie, fracht). Doradztwo w zakresie oszczędności i mozliwosci optymalizacji.
  • Śledzenie wydatków w ramach różnych projektów.

Wymagania minimalne:

  • Doświadczenie na stanowisku FP&A z umiejętnościa pracy zespołowej.
  • Tytuł magistra w dziedzinie finansów lub rachunkowości.
  • Dobre zrozumienie podstawowych pojęć z zakresu rachunkowości i finansów.
  • Dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne
  • Zaawansowane umiejętności w programie Excel.
  • Zdolność szybkiego uczenia sie różnych systemów do raportowania ERP (IFS, JDE, Oracle).
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego, min. B1.
