Main purpose of the position

As a BI Analyst in Business Intelligence Competency Center (BICC), you will be essential in maintaining our helpdesk operations, working closely with internal stakeholders to address and resolve issues in our BI Environment () efficiently. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Tableau reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Additionally, as a part of the Helpdesk team you will maintain thorough documentation in JIRA and Confluence, contributing to the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our Helpdesk Services. Key expectations include enhancing customer satisfaction and collaborating effectively across teams.

What you’ll do:

Develop, customize, deploy and maintain reports in our BI Environment () using Tableau. Collaborate with business areas and other BI representatives to expand the Standard Reporting portfolio Collaborate with internal teams, including Global Key Account and other BI representatives to ensure seamless operations and consistent data handling practices End-to-end JIRA ticket handling including troubleshooting, stakeholder management and cooperation with other teams on resolving issues Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation in JIRA and Confluence to support helpdesk operations. Factilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team and larger BI Community Identify opportunities for workflow and process improvements within helpdesk operations. Work with stakeholders to implement these improvements and enhance efficiency

Who you’ll work with:

Helpdesk team – collaborate with the helpdesk team to address and resolve issues efficiently Internal stakeholders – interact with various internal departments to understand their reporting needs and provide actionable insights Technical teams – work closely with other teams within Global Big Data department (Data Warehouse, Advanced Analytics) to develop and maintain reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance Global Key Account (GKA) BI team – coordinate with GKA team members to support high-level data requirements and special projects Clients – engage with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their data needs are met effectively

Key qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting or a related field. Experience working in helpdesk environment is desirable Proficiency with BI tools, mainly Tableau and/or PowerBI. Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for documentation and workflow management Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with ability to visualize complex datasets to provide actionable insights Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English), with the ability to interact effectively with internal clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and propose practical solutions to improve helpdesk operations
