PMO Coordinator – Transformation Projects

Job Description

With a large-scale transformation projects planned across multiple Business Lines and ELEs in Poland and Baltics, Eurofins is looking for a PMO Coordinator. Successful candidate will join a new team we are putting in place to structure and support our transformation agenda.

Your accountabilities will include:

Administrative support for Transformation Projects Co-create project plans Track projects progress in terms of KPIs and deliverables Monitor project benefits (financial and other) Support and administer project management governance including review meetings Develop and deliver project comms Facilitate communications with stakeholders

Qualifications

Practical experience in Project Management / PMO Understanding and knowledge of PM good practice High attention to detail and structured way of working Strong communication and influencing skills including ability to manage multiple stakeholders Willingness to travel across Poland (up to 50% of the working time) Higher education, min Bachelor’s degree Software: strong MS Office (Excel) skillset (must have), PM and process visualization tools (nice to have) English (B2 min, C1 preferred)
