Pure Play and Omnichannel Account Manager

About the role

We are currently looking for a Pure Play and Omnichannel Account Manager to join our team in Warsaw. We are currently looking for a Pure Play and Omnichannel Account Manager to join our Pharmacy Channel Sales team in Warsaw. This role aims to develop Pure Players such as Allegro, Amazon and Omnichannel partners such as Rossman and Biedronka in Digital Commerce. The role of the Pure Play and Omnichannel Activations Manager will be to fully lead the business with Pure Players, plan activations and execute JBPs. At the same time, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing the capabilities of the Omnichannel KAMs and will co-own the cooperation on e-commerce, partner and consult with the Omnichannel KAMs and external partners to deliver the sales targets and Digital Shelf metrics.

Key responsibilities

Responsibility for the creation, development, and implementation of the strategic and tactical e-Commerce activation plan for all Haleon CH brands across Polish marketplaces and Mass Market Pure Play and grocery retailers.

Development of an e-Commerce activation plan and evaluation process for e-Commerce activations in Polish e-retailers.

Leading JBP development and implementation for Pure Players e-Retailers

Supporting Omnichannel KAM’s in JBP development and execution across sizable Omnichannel retailers

Exploring internal and external possibilities and recommending new e-Commerce opportunities that will drive Haleon's performance in the Mass Market channel.

Optimizing conversion rate performance on Marketplaces.

Responsibility for activating paid search auctions and automatic RTB (Real Time Bidding) systems to increase Haleon SKUs visibility and online merchandising positions.

Leading Marketplace partnerships 1P and 3P, consulting the business on using e-Retailers portal.

Delivering the Digital Shelf KPIs for the retailers in the scope of responsibilities: availability, search, and content compliance.

Partnering with CEE Digital Commerce team to localize CEE dCom strategy and implement best practices from other BUs and Cluster to Poland e-Retailers activations.

Responsibility for Omnichannel KAMs capabilities development to elevate partnership, digital shelf, activations, and analytics pillar within the cooperation.

Qualifications and skills

University degree, preferably in Business Administration/Digital Marketing.

Fluency in Polish and English.

Proven experience in developing and managing eCommerce sales in Poland.

Proven experience with e-commerce marketplace accounting (Allegro, Ceneo), e-pharmacies, omnichannel e-retailers.

Proven track record in RTB activations and driving sales through e-retailers platform.

Exceptional knowledge of digital marketing tools and on-platform conversion optimization

Strong negotiation, JBP leading and key accounting experience.

Experience in developing eCommerce capabilities for non-eCommerce related employees. Organizing training programs and consulting.

Strong solution and results orientation.

Strong ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and ability to work in a matrix structure.

Strong experience in leading strategic process and alignment, ensuring execution follows strategic alignment.

Strong change management experience or ability to build multi-functional processes from the ground up.

Strong organizational, time management, self-management, and project management skills.

Strong analytical skills with proven ability to translate findings into insights.
