IPG Photonics has manufactoring facilities in the United States, germany, and Italy, as well as frequent trade offices in China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, India, America, Singapore, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, Canada and England. the company offers its products as OEM customers, as well as directly to the final results on many divisions. 

To strengthen our team we are looking for candidates for the position of: 

Business Analyst for ERP, CRM and MES Systems 

Your responsibilities
Conducting thorough self-research on legal and regulatory requirements relevant to our industry
Developing and presenting detailed recommendations for optimizing business processes Translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the development team Providing business stakeholders with a clear vision of their future ("to-be") processes Ensuring seamless communication between the business and development teams to align on project goals and deliverables Our expectations
IT-based university degree or comparable qualification. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience Professional experience as a business analyst Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP or Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems is a plus Experience in implementation and support projects for ERP, CRM or MES systems is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Fluent in English What we offer
