  • projektowanie, rozwijanie i utrzymanie aplikacji na platformie ServiceNow,
  • konfigurowanie modułów ServiceNow zgodnie z wymaganiami biznesowymi,
  • tworzenie skryptów i rozwiązań w JavaScript oraz w językach skryptowych używanych w ServiceNow,
  • współpraca z zespołami IT i biznesowymi w celu identyfikacji i implementacji usprawnień procesów,
  • rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych oraz dostarczanie wsparcia dla użytkowników platformy,
  • udział w projektach związanych z implementacją nowych funkcjonalności i modułów.

Dobrze odnajdziesz się w naszym zespole, jeśli:

  • posiadasz min.3 lata doświadczenia w pracy jako ServiceNow Developer,
  • biegle posługujesz się językiem angielskiem (min. poziom B2/C1) oraz znasz język niemiecki na poziomie min. B2,
  • posiadasz doświadczenie w pracy z modułami ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM,
  • znasz języki skryptowe (JavaScript, GlideScript, GlideAjax)
  • potrafisz tworzyć i konfigurować integracje z innymi systemami,
  • znasz procesy ITIL i najlepsze praktyki w zarządzaniu usługami IT,
  • potrafisz pracować zespołowo oraz posiadasz doskonałe zdolności komunikacyjne,
  • certyfikaty ServiceNow (np. Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) będą dodatkowym atutem.
