Job Description

Tasks:

The IT Application Support Specialist is an accurate and reliable caretaker with a primary focus on delivering high-quality services and maintaining security throughout the entire support life cycle. He or she plays a crucial role in delivering support and operational assistance for Business IT Applications. This covers addressing customer-reported issues, fulfilling service requests, and actively engaging in vigilant monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT solutions and products.

Qualifications

Profile: 

Support and development of the Document Management System (Document Backbone) Consultancy by providing advice and recommendations, based on expertise and experience, to address client needs. Support of application by delivering management, technical and administrative services to support and maintain live applications. Resolve assigned tickets from 1st level support for Document Management System Contribute to continuous improvement of end user support of application, by identifying and addressing re-occurring issues Contribute to continuous improvement of application development by actively identifying and proposing functional enhancements based on knowledge from 2nd level support Contribute to testing phase of new features and resolved issues in the application Comprehensive understanding of relevant technical concepts, principles, and practices within a specific domain or area of expertise. Analytical Thinking by using logic and reasoning in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Work in agile mindset way by using values, principles, and attitudes that emphasize adaptability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Good communication skills Collaboration & Cooperation Work in customer-oriented way to understand what customers want and adopt a positive attitude when interacting with them, providing advices or processing complaints. Fluent English verbal and written communication, German would be a plus
