Managing applications and services within the SAP landscape with focus on SAP ERP FI/CO and S/4 HANA Finance Contributing to upcoming activities related to S/4 HANA transformation (IT landscape definition, data migration, testing) Ensuring a smooth operation of the Finance IT applications for LGBS and LH Group customers in close cooperation with the LGBS Finance IT team members in Germany Supporting internal LGBS business units and customers in LH group in IT related issues in the field of Finance Monitoring interfaces and automated processes regarding integrity, performance and optimal usage ensuring a smooth and stable IT support for the Finance processes offered by LGBS Acting as product manager for selected IT applications, including budget and controlling functions Managing and supporting projects in the field of Finance IT (e.g., international roll-out of solutions, IT harmonization projects, implementation of new functionalities)

* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Graduation and University Degree (Business Administration, Business IT, IT or similar studies) +5 years of practical experience in supporting and managing SAP applications in the Finance environment Experience in customizing and conceptual design of SAP solutions Good understanding of financial data flows and processes SAP FI (AP, AR, GL, FI-AA, etc.) preferably also adjacent SAP modules (e.g., CO) Project management IT demand management, process management, service management PC usage literacy (MS office, IT self-service) IT Shared Services experience IT infrastructure experience English language (both oral and written) German language (nice to have) Planning and organizational talent, analytical skills and accuracy Strong conceptual skills, problem solving competence Flexibility, cultural competence, entrepreneurship Capability to define precisely complex situations and issues Distinctive written and oral communication capability, representation ability Willingness to learn and to pick up new topics
