Directly or indirectly lead, motivate, train teams in manufacturing to maximize performance, to develop capabilities and to promote a continuous improvement culture by leveraging on digital optimization initiatives and analytics across all GTO departments. 'Guide team according to Digital Pillar principles and e.g.: Vertical Start Up (VSU), Commissioning Qualification Verification (CQV), User Acceptance Test (UAT), Technology Transfer and Training (T&&T) methodologies. Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services. Aligning with the OEM Digital Roadmap and ensuring timely readiness of all required enablers, such as NDAs and internal stakeholder inputs Thoroughly documenting all discussions and their outcomes. Proactively following up on action items with both OEM and internal stakeholders. Effectively managing internal program communication, including organizing meetings, maintaining meeting minutes, and tracking program activities. Ensuring the program status summary is regularly updated with project status reports. Documenting key decisions made at the program level. Conducting quality verification of reports generated by project teams. Monitoring and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) within the Digital Engineering department. Overseeing the Knowledge Management space to ensure efficient knowledge sharing and utilization.Requirements (competences, experience and education):
Dealing with reporting, analytics and data visualization. 2 to 3 years of experience in a business-related position.Preferred: Business Intelligence or Digital background."
