Role purpose:

We are seeking a SAP S/4 O2C Expert who will be responsible for implementation and optimization Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in the fashion and retail industries. This role requires extensive practical experience in SAP S/4HANA and a deep understanding of O2C processes, coupled with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional solutions.

Join us in this central position within Global IT, where you will collaborate with colleagues across the globe to empower our organization.

Responsibilities:

Conduct a thorough survey of the company's business processes in the relevant area and collaborate with ECCO architects to discuss business cases. Develop a blueprint for the O2C process. Coordinate the work of K3 consultants, including setting task priorities, consulting on solution development, and ensuring quality assurance of Functional Design Documents (FDD) and completed configurations/developments. Develop WRICEF and participate in the development and configuration of the solution with ECCO architects and K3 consultants. Develop end-to-end (E2E) testing scenarios and participate in E2E testing. Provide assistance to adjacent functional teams. Support the GO-live and provide post-launch support.

Requirements :

7+ years of experience in the SAP environment, with a specific focus on O2C and Retail processes. Practical experience with ERP for Retail/SAP FMS/SAP S/4HANA Fashion and vertical business functions. Minimum 1 full-cycle O2C project for B2B2C and IC markets in fashion or retail, with participation in at least 2 projects as a Team leader/Expert. Understanding of transfer pricing processes/approaches and experience in implementing transfer pricing-related projects. Practical experience with SAP AFS (recommended). Strong understanding of Fiori's approach. Strong understanding of SAP for Retail/Fashion master data. Deep knowledge of SD related processes enhanced by Retail/Fashion functionality (pricing, order management, advanced returns, VAS, segmentation, billing). Experience with Advanced IC Sales and Stock transfer functionality. Strong cross-functional experience with ATP/aATP, LE, MM. Strong understanding of integration with FI. Good ABAP/HANA technical knowledge. Analytical skills, project participation experience, user training and support skills, effective communication skills. Quality and deadline oriented. Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
