What daily challenges are waiting for you?

  • Supporting Kinguin’s transformation into being a data driven company.
  • Gathering business requirements regarding new data insights and BI Dashboards in Looker.
  • Translating business requirements into data design models based on internal Data & Analytics team procedures.
  • Implementing changes on the Business Intelligence component on Google Cloud Platform. 
  • Data mining and searching the business value from the new data.
  • Cooperating with external vendors and internal Kinguin development team, as well as with remaining team members during new data integrations (internal and external).
  • Design the semantic data layer models of the new data sources. 
  • Configuring BI connectors required to ingest data to the Data Warehouse.
  • Developing the ETL/ELT data streamlines and pipelines.
  • Building logical data abstract models on the second layer of Data Warehouse (Fact & Dimension).
  • Using built-in features of Machine Learning and AI for predictive analytics.

What you should have to be successful in this role?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience  in data management/ BI services (as a Data or BI Analyst or in a similar role).
  • Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL database design (SQL is a must).
  • Experience in building new data/BI services on cloud (Google is preferrable).
  • Education related to Computer Science/IT.
  • Outlook about BI tools, knowledge of Looker or any BI system.
  • Analytical thinking alongside indispensable communication skills and business acumen.
  • Experience in working in an Agile environment. 
  • Nice to have: Python, BPMN 2.0 or other modelling notation.
