JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

A Regional Planning Key User will be an enabler for end users in the Pet Clusters to work in accordance with the highest grade of agreed best practice processes and assures the efficient use of the related systems over the network. With their operational experience and expertise, the Key User is the first point of contact for the End Users in the clusters for trouble-shooting and, an escalation pathway to Functional Experts and Process Expert / Community of Practice.

What are we looking for?

Educated to a minimum of degree level or equivalent, or equivalent experience

Language skills: Fluent in English (excellent written and oral skills)

Proven years of supply chain experience, with demonstrated performance in demand planning processes. Experience In supply planning processes would be an advantage.

Digitally savvy and strong learning agility with process and systems – experience with Mars existing systems landscape would be an advantage

Ability to communicate comfortably with Senior Leadership at a Market/Cluster and Regional level

What will be your key responsibilities?

Key User Responsibilities

Support end users by fixing issues or by escalating issues to support teams

Assess process conformance and suggest actions for improvements, if required

Coach end users on business processes and supporting systems functionality

Identify modifications in process or system to support standardization & optimization

Support reporting optimization within clusters and the region to account for any differences

Utilise functional knowledge of demand planning processes and systems to execute regional demand planning tasks, as required.

Project team member for relevant data & analytics enhancements for their area of responsibility.

Test new systems functionality with the objective to avoid process deviations and to potentially introduce the new functionality into business processes.
