Promise Group is a leading Microsoft partner in CEE region, offering a wide range of products and services for clients from various economic sectors, including finance, telecommunications, media, energy, manufacturing, trade, services, public administration, education, and healthcare. The company has been operating since 1991 and, since 1996, has been the largest provider of Microsoft solutions in Poland. Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.
We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Solution Sales - Security Area.
As Solution Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling specialized Microsoft technology solutions to empower customers to achieve their business goals through digital transformation. You will leverage your expertise in various Microsoft technologies to drive significant customer value and foster long-term relationships with decision-makers. Your role will include identifying customer challenges, building tailored solutions, and leading the end-to-end sales process from discovery to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution:
• Engage with customers to understand their business needs to introduce digital transformation opportunities.
• Develop strategies to close strategic end-to-end sales opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations including webinars.
• Participate in marketing priorities definition for Security area.
• Present and demonstrate the value of Microsoft technologies including Microsoft Defender family, Microsoft Sentinel, Copilot for Security
• Lead consultative customer conversations and collaborate on planning and executing sales opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners.
Scaling and Collaboration:
• Collaborate with Service Delivery and Account Managers to sell and deliver solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, ensuring alignment with customer priorities.
• Collaborate with Microsoft representatives for joint value delivery to the customers.
• Orchestrate resources to support customer engagements and accelerate deal closure.
• Negotiate commercial terms and finalize sales agreements.
Technical Expertise:
• Act as a subject matter expert, sharing best practices and competitive knowledge your solution area.
• Envision company offering in Security area.
• Lead technical demonstrations and discussions to prove the capabilities of Microsoft solutions.
• Address technical objections and guide customers through solution implementation.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Sales Excellence:
• Manage pipeline and forecast accuracy.
• Complete required training and obtain relevant product and role certifications.
• Participate in account planning and business analysis to identify high-potential customers.
• Participate in resource planning to ensure proper projects execution.
Our Requirements:
Required:
• 3+ years of technology-related sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred:
• Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies from Security area.
• Experience in enterprise solution selling and stakeholder management.
• Certifications related to Microsoft technologies are an additional asset.
Skills and Experience:
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Microsoft Defender family, Microsoft Sentinel, Copilot for Security
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive digital transformation through innovative technology solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts.
