Job Description

We are looking for a Middle Affiliate Manager with at least 1 year of experience and an understanding of the iGaming industry.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Understands Affiliate/Performance Marketing (knowledge of main geos and rates);

  • Knows the technical aspects of the role (tracker, postback, click ID);

  • Has experience and a basic understanding of task management;

  • Is productive, able to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines;

  • Has an English level of B2;

  • Possesses strong verbal and business communication skills;

  • Can work with statistics and conduct basic analysis;

  • Understands the main concepts of affiliate program management — traffic, conversion, CPC, CPA, revenue, profit, ROMI;

  • Has a basic understanding of SEO principles;

  • Has experience in sales or marketing.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;

  • Curiosity and a constant desire to grow and learn something new;

  • Independence, responsibility, perseverance;

  • Results-oriented;

  • Fast learner;

  • Systematic and attentive to details.



Additional Information

Your responsibilities:

  • Finding optimal offers in relevant geos;

  • Working with an existing partner database and finding new ones (communication, offer terms negotiation);

  • Maintaining reports and providing regular updates (weekly, monthly);

  • Working with TDS (Keitaro);

  • Tracking and analyzing traffic metrics.
