For our Client, one of the most stable SSC in the market, we are looking for a Credit Specialist.

your tasks

  • daily reporting of blocked orders to local finance teams,
  • timely review of orders on hold and release of orders based on credit policy and proper approvals,
  • customer credit data maintenance in SAP;
  • reporting to management on KPIs;
  • assist the credit manager in ad hoc tasks;
  • demonstrate ability to identify issues in the process and escalate them when necessary;
  • ensure adherence to policies and procedures and establish controls to avoid error in the process.

what we expect

  • accounting degree preferred
  • at least one year of experience in AR process
  • knowledge of SAP - as an asset,
  • good knowledge of the MS Office,
  • fluent English (B2/C1 level)
  • good problem-solving skills and cooperation attitude
  • good organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
