  • Develop and maintain solid, long-term relationships with assigned customers.
  • Lead negotiations with customers, including annual business plans, monthly business updates, and sales & operations planning.
  • Monitor project performance and manage ongoing relationships with project partners to ensure investment objectives are met.
  • Analyze customer data to provide better results.
  • Implement strategic company priorities in cooperation with assigned customers.
  • Collaborate effectively in a multifunctional environment with appropriate departments.
  • Manage project processes for PPA transactions on behalf of RES asset owners.
  • Originate, structure, and negotiate PPA deals, including long-term corporate & utility PPAs, as well as shorter-term contracts and route-to-market agreements.
  • Build in-house expertise on power markets and key factors driving PPA pricing and terms, staying up-to-date with the latest legal/regulatory developments and leading internal and external market analysis & reporting initiatives.
  • Routinely engage with key prospects, promote projects, document tasks, schedule follow-ups, and highlight pertinent information to optimally position the company for future opportunities.
  • Leverage networking opportunities by participating in industry conferences, association gatherings, and client visits.
  • Evaluate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and collaborate with developers to identify projects aligning with customer requirements.
  • Lead the development of persuasive proposals based on RFP specifications and customer insights from prior interactions.
  • Negotiate both physical and financial PPAs, guiding transactions through internal endorsement procedures, and crafting investment documentation and presentations for senior management and the Investment Committee.
  • Acquire market intelligence from industry news sources, subscriptions, and professional networks, and share this information with the development team.
  • Contribute to advocacy efforts concerning legislative and regulatory matters, promoting and enhancing company assets and development prospects. Monitor and analyze regulatory submissions and oversee participation in relevant regulatory processes, including advocating for company positions through industry associations.
  • Stay updated on innovative off-take structures that mitigate risk and maximize value when feasible.
  • Offer insights to the Finance team regarding contracting frameworks and market pricing, facilitating compelling proposals to clients.
Leading company in the renewable energy market|Lacation: Warsaw
  • Master's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, including at least 2 years in PPAs, energy trading, or power markets origination.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating at least one Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
  • Strong network within the renewable energy industry, including connections with developers, investors, and industry associations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex transactions from origination to execution and closure.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to maintain focus on quantitative objectives.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and new challenges.
  • Fluent knowledge of MS Office - Excel.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
