Payments Operation Analyst
You have a great opportunity to become a part of an amazing team working for one of the biggest banks in the world We are currently looking for a Payments Operation Analyst . The successful candidate will join the CEEMEA Payments Operations Department responsible for delivering high quality service to our corporate clients by offering accurate and timely management of payments flow through our internal bank systems. Your potential future responsibilities will include executing transactions and participating in complex processes in coordination with the Transaction Services team.
Responsibilities:
· Performing processing activities and managing supporting documentation related to payments
· Conducting communication with internal and external clients
· Solving current processing issues and taking action in order to optimize the process
· Coordinating tests and projects
· Preparing and verifying procedures, other regulations, process descriptions, process maps, capacity plans etc.
· Supporting the supervisor in preparation for the internal and external audit and review process, representing the team and participating in discussions with auditors and controllers
Qualifications:
· Effective communication in both written and spoken English
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office will be an asset
· Well-developed analytical skills
· Good organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and setting priorities within aggressive deadlines
· Risk awareness
· Independence in problem solving
· Attention to detail
