We are looking for a Risk Expert/Senior Risk Expert in Group Risk (GR) Governance team to be located in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Poland or Estonia.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the CRO Office. We add value by partnering up with the rest of GR in supporting designing, implementing, and delivering GR strategies. As the Risk Expert/Senior Risk Expert in GR Governance, you’ll play a valuable role in supporting/driving the design and implementation of Risk policies & processes in close collaboration with the accountable GR Heads. You will report to the Head of GR Governance.

The role will cover a wide range of governance related responsibilities including:

Supporting the development of the overall Risk Management Framework across the group, including liaising with senior stakeholders and programmes Drafting, facilitating and implementing relevant internal rules, policies and frameworks, including working with risk related topics Supporting the development and delivery of the GR Internal Rules process Supporting the development and delivery of the Regulatory Change Management process Supporting GR Leadership Team, the CRO and the GR COO in a range of risk related initiatives, from design of frameworks through to implementation of identified opportunities and issues

The role is based in Warszawa; Gdańsk; Gdynia; Helsinki; Oslo; Stockholm; Tallinn; Łódź.

Your experience and background:

2-7 years of relevant experience within risk related topics. Position can be tailored as senior or lead depending on the seniority of the applicant. Proven ability to work with a range of stakeholders Experience working with regulation and internal policy development Experience working with frameworks and governance related topics Excellent written and spoken English
