Trade, Transport & Logistics Centre of Expertise in Kraków, Poland is a team of specialists, whose support business units located in Europe and supervise global logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate customs operations (import/export), check shipping documentation to ensure trade compliance, prepare monthly reports. Take responsibility for cooperation with internal and external parties to confirm customs-related payments are issued in a timely manner. Stay in touch with customers to receive and provide information. Check shipping documentation to ensure trade compliance. Seek for savings opportunities. Prepare GTS in SAP system for Customs Agencies according to internal regulations. Prepare monthly reports. Take responsibility for cooperation with internal and external parties to confirm customs-related payments are issued in a timely manner.

Your background:

Min 2 years of experience in Customs or Trade area. Knowledge in Customs Law and Regulations (HS codes, Incoterms, customs procedures: free trade, IPR, OPR etc) is a must. English language at least B2 level. Italian language is a plus Experience with SAP GTS will be advantage. Well communication organizing skills. Take care of details. Field of study: SCM/logistics - nice to have. Experience in Customer Service job will be advantage.
