eService jest liderem rynku akceptacji kart płatniczych i rozliczania transakcji elektronicznych w Polsce, a także największym dostawcą technologii w zakresie usług rozliczeniowych w Europie Środkowo-Wschodniej. Manager AML

Zostań częścią naszego zespołu, w którym będziesz:

Nadzorować obszar AML/KYC i ryzyko operacyjne Spółki

Projektować i wdrażać rozwiązania z obszaru AML/KYC, w tym tworzenie systemów i narzędzi automatyzujących procesy

Zapewniać prawidłową realizację obowiązków wynikających z Ustawy o przeciwdziałaniu praniu pieniędzy i finansowaniu terroryzmu

Koordynować procesy identyfikacji i oceny oraz samooceny ryzyka operacyjnego

Opracowywać standardy i wdrażać zasady i procedury wewnętrzne związane z ryzykiem operacyjnym i przeciwdziałaniem praniu pieniędzy oraz finansowaniu terroryzmu

Monitorować realizację działań mitygujących ryzyko operacyjne

Podejmować działania w celu ograniczenia ryzyka prania pieniędzy

Czego potrzebujesz, aby osiągnąć sukces:

min. 5 lat doświadczenia w bankowości lub instytucjach finansowych w obszarze AML/KYC

2 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku kierowniczym średniego

Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację

Wykształcenie wyższe preferowane kierunki: ekonomia, prawo, finanse, zarządzanie

Doświadczenie w tworzeniu systemowych rozwiązań z zakresu AML/KYC

Znajomość dobrych praktyk z zakresu zarządzania ryzykiem operacyjnym i AML/KYC

Wysoce rozwinięte zdolności analityczne
