What You'll Do:
- Digital Marketing Advisor: Help advertisers make the most of social media for their success.
- Analyze Metrics: Assist clients in refining their marketing strategies.
- Engage with Advertisers: Make inbound and outbound calls to discuss ad performance and budgets.
- Spot Trends: Collaborate with clients to implement effective sales strategies.
- Achieve KPIs: Manage calls effectively (average 24 minutes), execute successful marketing implementations, and gather positive feedback from clients.
Training Details:
- Duration: 4 weeks (2 weeks training, followed by 2 weeks of nesting). Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Certification: Complete the Meta Blueprint Certification Course in digital marketing during training to set yourself up for success.
- Paid Training: Ongoing mentorship and shadowing of experienced colleagues are included.
Working Hours:
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9 AM to 6 PM).
- Enjoy a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks each day. ️
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Salary: 33,000 gross (2,750 gross per month).
- ️ Language Bonus: 625 monthly.
- ️ Relocation Bonus: Up to 1,900 for candidates relocating from outside Germany to Berlin; up to 700 from within Germany.

Requirements:
- Previous sales or marketing experience required;
- Czech C2 level + English B2
