Odpowiedzialność za dokładne wykonanie bardziej złożonych lub nierutynowych zadań związanych z utrzymaniem danych zgodnie z ustalonym harmonogramem
Doradzanie, szkolenie i wspieranie użytkowników globalnych systemów i procedur zarządzania informacjami regulacyjnymi (RIM).
Dbanie o zgodność pracy własnej ze standardami danych i zdefiniowanymi procedurami
Przestrzeganie określonych  procedur kontroli jakości i podejmowanie  odpowiednie działan w przypadku jakichkolwiek problemów zidentyfikowanych podczas rutynowych działań związanych z monitorowaniem jakości
W razie potrzeby rozwiązywanie problemów i proponowanie odpowiednich rozwiązań
Utrzymywanie wiedzy na temat standardów i procedur związanych z zarządzaniem danymi rejestracyjnymi oraz przyczynianie się do definiowania nowych i poprawionych procedur w celu poprawy jakości i efektywności

ENG:
Be responsible for accurate completion of more complex or non-routine data maintenance tasks to agreed schedule
Advise, train and support users of the global Regulatory Information Management (RIM) systems and procedures
Ensure own work is compliant with data standards and defined procedures
Ensure defined quality control procedures are followed and appropriate actions taken following any issues identified during routine quality monitoring activities.
Trouble shoot problems when required and propose appropriate solutions
Maintain knowledge of GSK standards and procedures associated with registration data management and contribute to the definition of new and revised procedures to improve quality and effectiveness

Min. wykształcenie studia I stopnia, najlepiej z: informatyki, chemii, farmacji lub innych nauk pokrewnych lub zagadnień regulacyjnych, zarządzania projektami, obszaru komunikacji; umiejętność pracy nad wieloma projektami jednocześnie i wykazane zdolności organizacyjne
Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacji pisemnej i ustnej w języku angielskim i polskim oraz umiejętność przedstawiania informacji w sposób jasny i zwięzły
Silne umiejętności interpersonalne, postawa zorientowana na usługi i umiejętność skutecznej interakcji z personelem na wszystkich poziomach w środowisku interdyscyplinarnym i matrycowym
Umiejętność obsługi makr/tabel przestawnych w Excelu będzie dodatkowym atutem
Koncentracja na szczegółach, orientacja na usługi, koncentracja na kliencie

ENG:

Min Bachelor’s degree from preferably: IT, chemistry, pharmacy or other related science or regulatory affairs, Project Management, Communication area; ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrated organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish, and ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
Strong interpersonal skills, service-oriented attitude and ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel in an interdisciplinary and matrix environment
Excel macro/pivot table skills would be a plus
Customer Focus, Enable and drive change, Service orientation, customer-focused
