As a Project Manager you will act as a Delivery Expert, and you will be responsible for providing expert support across 3 key projects:
- Project - pilot technology (50% workload),
- Project - youth access prevention related to the law regulated products (30% workload)
- Project – Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) support (20% workload)
YOU WILL
- Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders including central, regional, and market teams, IT, and other relevant functions to ensure smooth execution of all project activities.
- Take charge of planning and executing activities for Project 1, ensuring they are completed on time and meet objectives. Additionally, gather insights and results from this project and present them to management.
- Support the team during the execution of a Mystery Shopping pilot in own channels for Project 2, and contribute to mapping the implementation of age verification in online channels.
- Provide specific ad-hoc support for two SOP related projects under Project 3, including conducting as-is analyses, identifying pain points, mapping SOP content versus Toolbox content, and assisting the team in defining solutions to address content gaps.
YOU NEED
- Strong experience in Project Management confirmed by certifications
- Effective communication skills to clearly convey plans, progress, and results to management and other stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration skills to coordinate planning and execution across multiple stakeholders for all three projects.
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing project requirements on the fly.
- Independence and problem-solving skills to work autonomously and find solutions when challenges arise
- Fluency in English
