To strengthen our team we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Sales Manager

Your responsibilities
Leading a sales team of 5-6 people
Strengthening relationships with key customers
Driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and initiating related business development activities Creating sales and marketing initiatives
Responsibility for budget implementation
Independently negotiate trade agreements
Member of the EMEA sales executive team
Our expectations
Experience in selling high-tech industrial product values in the international environment
Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Knowledge of English allowing for free communication (min. B2)
Higher technical education (Physics, Optics, Electronics, Mechatronics)
Knowledge of laser technologies
