The person in this position will be responsible for supporting and collaborating within the local finance team, She/he will play a crucial role in supporting the overall financial health of the organization by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations.


Your tasks:

Supporting daily finance operations Understand processes and procedures, compliance requirements Inputting financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records Organizing and maintaining financial documents Verifying and processing invoices Resolving discrepancies in billing or payments Monitoring and recording business expenses Reconciling employees expense reports Participation in preparation of forecasts and budgets as requested Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies Assisting in internal and external audits Collaborating with other departments to gather financial information Identifying and resolving financial issues or discrepancies Contributing to process improvements within the finance department Assisting senior finance professionals in their day-to-day tasks Contributing in new employees onboarding process Participating in training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge


Your profile:

Economics/Administration/Technical/Law /Bachelor level or > 4th year student 1 year in office administration but also candidate with no experience but high learning potential is an option Strong customer orientation, systematic, attention to detail. Very good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Networking skills, team player. Basic understanding of: office administration processes/workflows; nice to have basic understanding of business components: finance, purchases, logistics. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high pressure environment. English and Polish on professional level is a must MS Office (Word, Excel)
