Your day at NTT DATA

Junior Marketing Coordinator supports the local GTM and Sales team in executing campaigns, assisting with creative initiatives, and contributing to overall marketing strategies.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support in all aspects of marketing and works closely with the broader Marketing team to help with the coordination, development and/or execution of marketing activities in line with business objectives and revenue targets.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to achieve business goals. Support the Marketing team in daily tasks, including updating marketing activity calendars and maintaining supporting information. Collaborate with team members to help execute various marketing activities such as content creation, digital campaigns, and promotional initiatives. Help coordinate marketing assets and materials for both internal and external communications. Contribute to the tracking and reporting of campaign performance, working closely with team members to measure success. Assist in developing sales enablement content, ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and key partners. Support the creation and management of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and bid proposals. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for marketing campaigns and strategies. Help organize marketing events, webinars, and virtual conferences by providing logistical and promotional support. Perform other administrative and marketing tasks as needed to assist with the smooth running of the marketing department.

Knowledge and Attributes:

Basic understanding of marketing principles and best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Basic understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) concepts. Enthusiasm for learning about the company’s products, services, and market positioning. Eagerness to develop skills in campaign management, data analysis, and marketing strategies. Familiarity with data privacy and compliance related to marketing activities is a plus.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).

Required Experience:

Previous internships or work experience in marketing or related fields preferred. Familiarity with marketing software, tools, and basic computer applications, such as Microsoft365

Experience with social media marketing and content management systems is a plus.
