Currently for Zoetis Poland, we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Customs Master Data - Process Manager (GTC)

As a member of the Global Customs and Trade Compliance function, this position will report directly to the Global Customs and Trade Compliance Lead. This individual will be responsible for Global Trade Compliance Master Data maintained in Zoetis’ ERP Systems and will provide ongoing support for customs and trade compliance data reviews and data analytics. The Global Trade Compliance Manager will work within the center of expertise in Customs and International Trade Compliance activities for Zoetis Global Operations. He/She will establish and maintain legally required international trade compliance programs and ensure harmonized trade processes globally. The incumbent will operate in conjunction with Trade Compliance teams in each market / site to establish, implement and enforce Zoetis corporate policies and procedures regarding imports and exports.

Responsibilities:

Manage GTC-Trade Data Analytics

Global Master Data Management (Complete and accurate GTC data maintenance in Zoetis’ ERP Systems)

Maintain current HTS codes and manage new HTS entries and revisions to existing entries (seeking optimum harmonization globally)

Maintain HTS classification and country of origin determination files and audit trails

Management of customs requirements and trade data (HTS classification in GTS on a global level across multiple tariffs; country of origin determination and ECCN)

FTA (Free Trade Agreements) data management

Control GTC Metrics to enable timely reporting of Trade Compliance Data

Support various Global Trade Compliance projects

Support GTC operational inqueries: internal and external customers

Trade Alerts monitoring - customs, tax, FTA, legal

Applying working knowledge of laws and regulations

Consolidate all GTC reports into a monthly dashboard

Ensure Customs import and compliance policies, procedures and programs are in place.

Lead implementation of new and amended compliance policies, procedures and programs as needed. 

Perform trade data related reviews of importing sites to measure and enhance compliance performance. Compliance reviews are quality-based and focus on implementation of effective corrective action and achievement of continuous improvement.

Analyze Global and National trade policy initiatives, including domestic and transnational legislation, and regulatory rulemaking to ascertain their potential impact to Zoetis Global operations and recommend a course of action to appropriate business management

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a customs and trade compliance environment with focus on customs related master data

University degree - preferably Master degree in business-related field or technical

Licensed Customs Broker or equivalent certification is a plus

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex process/product flows and identify the resulting regional trade implications.

Advanced knowledge of Customs regulations, Origin and HTS classification

Strong capabilities in research, writing, communications, and presentations.

Successful project management experience indicating strong organizational skills as well as data management/analysis experience.

Fluent in English and Polish is a must
