Scope / Summary:

Theownerof this position will own theexecutionof thedownstreammarketingfunnelin the territoryto deliver consistentsell-out/sell-in growth. In cooperation with the Country Leader continuously design and update the local marketing strategyand translatethe strategyinto funnel executiontoachieve growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

•Ownandmanagedealer marketingfunnelactionstoachieve sell-out/sell-ingrowthtargets.

•DesignandestablishnewgrowthinitiativesincollaborationwithdealersandKerrsalesmanagement.

•Responsible andaccountable fortheterritory'smarketing budget andtomaximize thereturnon investment (ROI) of the marketing spend

•Coordinate and share best practices with therespective Business Units, other regional marketing managers,local sales team and other OpCos to develop strategies,achieve sales and marketing objectives, influence andlocalizeglobalinitiatives todevelop &execute localdownstream marketing activities.

•Establish andexecute aneventsprogramtoincludetradeshows, digitalevents andhands-on courses with the sales team and selected dealer partners.

•UseCRMandmarketing automation toolstomeasure effectiveness ofmarketing initiatives and accelerate learnings.

•Evaluatedealerpartnersell-outdata,customer trends, marketconditions, competitor performance and implement I adjust marketing plans accordingly.

•Manage relationshipswithkeyexpertstoalignwithmarketinginitiatives.

•Demonstrate technicalmarketing skillsandproductknowledge toensureeffective selection offocus products and launch of new products

•Responsibilityforon-linemarketingandsocialmedia.

 Bachelor'sDegreeinMarketing Very good knowledgeofEnglish, native proficiency in Polish

ExperienceRequirements:

•Experience ina B2Band/or B2C sellingenvironment -includingbackground inthedental, healthcare technology or diagnostic industry, min. 3 years
