Premium Spirits Trade Marketing Lead (Off Trade) at Coca-Cola HBC Polska Sp. z o.o.  YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Strategic thinking. Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing strategies for key accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and sales targets.
  • Being in charge of AT HOME, C&C, WHSP marketing development – the channel with over 30% + revenue in the PS, critical to secure growth and business growth.
  • Identify growth opportunities within AT HOME, C&C, WHSP and leverage marketing initiatives to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for AT HOME, C&C, WHSP, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure the successful execution of trade marketing activities.
  • Markeitng activation plan development and execution. Lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns and promotions tailored to key accounts, aimed at enhancing brand presence and driving sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling marketing materials and point-of-sale (POS) initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of trade marketing initiatives within key accounts, utilizing data to inform future strategies and improve ROI.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analyses to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Budget management & oversee the trade marketing budget for key accounts, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and achieve financial objectives.
  • Work closely with sales, brand marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive strategy, messaging, and execution across all touchpoints within key accounts.
  • Facilitate the sharing of insights and feedback between key accounts and internal teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of trade marketing professionals, fostering an environment of excellence, creativity, and accountability.
  ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS? 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, with a significant portion focused on managing key accounts in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing strategies that have driven growth and sales within key accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership experience with the capability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing analytics tools.
