& Requirements Who we are looking for ✔ Do you have consulting experience as an AI & Data Manager and/or drive AI transformation programs in your company?✔ Are you familiar with AI transformation / Machine Learning / Data Science topics?✔ Do you want to be in a client-facing role and help shape the solution design and end-to-end delivery in (Gen)AI & Data transformations?✔ Are you ready to be responsible for 1-2 specific industries and shape how we partner and deliver AI & Data transformations for our client?✔ Do you want to experience unique projects for global brands and world's leading companies?Join our AI & Data team of professionals and recognized experts in the latest AI & Data technologies and make your skills and career shine   What we expect from you?  Professional consulting experience and/or AI transformation experience in your company, with deep understanding of the (Gen)AI & Data domains Proficiency in AI and machine learning techniques, data mining, statistical analysis, and programming languages (Python), GenAI. Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) as a plus Proactive attitude in shaping our partnerships in 1-2 specific sectors (e.g., banking, insurance, manufacturing, e-commerce, retail, healthcare), analytical mindset, ability to break down complex problems; out-of-the-box thinking Strong communication and presentation skills – you´ll be a trusted partner to our clients; you will need to understand client needs, shape our offering, proposals and then delivery of (Gen)AI & Data programs to our clients Understanding of the big picture of AI & Data transformations – not only from a technical perspective, but also business impact and required change management to ensure success of our AI & Data programs Team leadership – ability to manage a cross-functional delivery team (data scientists, data engineers, business consultants & more) Polish & English at excellent level - you will use them every day EU passport - you may have business trips within the EU Your future role Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives from leading companies in Poland & broad Europe, offering strategic guidance on leveraging AI and data analytics to drive business outcomes and gain competitive advantage Business Development: Lead business development efforts by identifying opportunities for AI and data-driven solutions within selected 1-2 sectors, crafting compelling proposals, and developing and nurturing client relationships Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory developments within AI & Data.
