What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives
  • Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles
  • Create compelling content for B2B audience across various channels (e.g, Monthly EDMs, LinkedIn Posts etc.)
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
  • Manage B2B marketing campaigns from conception to execution
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, partners, and industry influencers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in B2B marketing

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 years prior experience in B2B marketing roles
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software such as Hubspot
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinking with a problem-solving attitude
  • Fluent English
